Currently we are seeking a client support specialist who will be responsible for:
  • Installing AppCrown/Salesforce.com applications and customizing the solution to client’s specifications
  • Loading and cleansing data from other CRM systems into salesforce.com
  • Installing upgrades of AppCrown applications to multiple production regions
  • Releasing documentation and educating clients on new system enhancements and bug fixes

Candidates must possess:

  • A BS degree
  • An advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • An understanding of relational database
  • Great communication skill and be able to grasp and articulate clients’ needs

Preferred candidates will also have:

  • A proficient knowledge of salesforce.com CRM system
  • Work experience in the financial service industry
