Currently we are seeking a client support specialist who will be responsible for:
- Installing AppCrown/Salesforce.com applications and customizing the solution to client’s specifications
- Loading and cleansing data from other CRM systems into salesforce.com
- Installing upgrades of AppCrown applications to multiple production regions
- Releasing documentation and educating clients on new system enhancements and bug fixes
Candidates must possess:
- A BS degree
- An advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- An understanding of relational database
- Great communication skill and be able to grasp and articulate clients’ needs
Preferred candidates will also have:
- A proficient knowledge of salesforce.com CRM system
- Work experience in the financial service industry
