Jessica Liu
Chairwoman
As AppCrown's Chairwoman, Jessica is responsible for the firm's strategic vision. She possesses over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. In particular, Jessica has played an instrumental role in founding, growing and successfully selling other technology companies serving the financial services sector.

Theodore Tsung
President
Prior to founding AppCrown, Ted, as he is often known, served for over eight years as Chief Technology Advisor at Thomson Financial. In that capacity, he was responsible for the management of Thomson One, Thomson Financial’s premiere product. Prior to that, he founded DigiTrade, the first technology solution that enabled institutional firms to trade stocks online. In 1998, DigiTrade was acquired by Thomson Financial. The innovative technology behind DigiTrade aided the evolution of firms such as Scottrade, Wells Fargo, Wachovia, and LPL Financial.

Franklin Tsung
SVP Corporate Development | Chief Operating Officer
Franklin holds responsibility for overseeing various projects within AppCrown, managing corporate sales strategy, cultivating client & vendor relationships, including oversight of day to day operations within the company. Prior to AppCrown, Franklin founded a boutique investment bank in the Financial Institutions Group space, working alongside banking institutions and private equity.

Jennifer Liu
EVP of Project Management Office
Jennifer has years of project management experience. She has worked in financial service industry managing various types of deployment projects with Ted Tsung. She currently is in charge of organizing, monitoring and establishing business process for AppCrown project management office.
